Young Humble is pudgy, bright and nutty with an edible, golden-hued rind formed through frequent washing with hard cider we spontaneously ferment up on Parish Hill.
This little dickens grows bolder as it ages, ripening reveals vegetal notes and an earthy funk.
Raw Cow Milk. Aged over 60 days. Wheels are 8 inches in diameter and weigh approximately 4 pounds.
