Last summer the folks from Boska asked Peter if he wanted to be one of their Cheese Heroes.  "Just meet us in the meatpacking district and we'll take a few pictures..."

Laden with 50+ pounds of Parish Hill cheese, he hiked up onto the High Line for his photo shoot.  No Filter, No Photoshop!

The Suffolk Punch also gets it's month on the wall.  Mike Geno has painted several of our cheeses, but the Suffolk is my favorite.  The cheese is lovely, but his rendering fairly glows from within... and the wisps of rope, be still my heart.

Never one to wish away the day, I will admit to leaving this calendar open to November.
